A VERY SPECIAL SOMBRERO is what Fred is wearing. It was a gift from the late guitarist River Cabbage and given to the Bandits by River's partner of two decades, Rainbow, after his passing. Mike occasionally played piano in his band, Neptune's Buffalo, and they did an arrangement of "Welcome to Wilmington" on the Bandits' Bandit Planet CD. |
THE TAILGATE SAYS IT ALL on the recently re-decorated Buck truck. Fred says he's fielded questions from curious folks, talked to some about the Jelly Bean Bandits and graciously declined an offer to play a wedding, all because of the mobile Bandit billboard. |
