Welcome
to a website that has been long overdue. New York State’s Hudson
River Valley has been home to some of the best rock and roll made
in the past five decades. Best blues, jazz, country and folk
music, too.
Over the years, packrat that I am, I have saved videotapes, photographs, recordings and memorabilia that testify to the dazzling array of music that has been created in this river region north of New York City. I want to share it all with you, and if you have something you would like to share with the friends and fans who visit this website, then you’re more than welcome to send it in.
Best Videotapes You’ve Never Seen
Remember places like the Coliseum Restaurant in Newburgh, the Holiday Bowl in Wappingers Falls, Moog’s Farm in Fishkill and The Gate in Vails Gate? Watch for live performances from all of these great nightclubs and much more. Each month or two I will be adding new videos, so come back on a regular basis to see what we have.
